3935 Stephanie's Pet Patrol

I picked up one of these a little while ago, didn't build it, just parted it out. I used a coupon at TRU and got 20% off otherwise I might not have bought it. It's a $10 set that's got 73 parts in it. That's about 14 cents a part with tax figured in. Not a great average for a set that is mostly a vehicle. There is a cute bunny and that Stephanie figure only comes in this set. I swapped her hair and used her in the bar scene in the Space Port. Those girls look just right for a sleazy bar on another M Class planet, maybe even this one. There isn't much going on with the vehicle, sort of a 4x4 with a trailer for hauling a carrot. It's a big carrot. With it's green stem it's about 4 bricks high. That's about two thirds of Stephanie's height. See, one big ass carrot, she could use it as a crutch. Mind you that bunny is about up to Stephanie's waist so I guess they need some big carrots to keep that guy smiling. I've seen Night Of The Lupis, you don't want to get those bunnies mad. There's a nice yellow 1x2 grill brick but there's only one. Not much good by itself. Still you can find a lot of them for under a dime on Bricklink. I guess yellow isn't as popular for that brick than some colors. Not a set I'd recommend too highly, others might find it fun to build and play with, but I don't think I'd pick up another. One cute bunny is probably enough and how often am I going to build more Space Bars.
