That's Frank Rock and the Swamp Creature up there. Frank has a swamp boat with a propeller and the Swamp Creature has a rock and a moonstone. I suppose Frank will shoot the Swamp Creature and take his moonstone. Let's hope that swamp creature is good with his pointy stick. The trans neon green moonstone is the set's chase piece. It's got a swamp pattern on it. The set has 70 pieces and it's 7 bucks. That's not a bad price per piece. There's not many of any one part in the set, 4 of the tan curved bricks, some reddish brown, blay, flat silver and black. I'm kind of interested in that 1x1 brick with clip. It's got an open stud. You could stick something in there. It's listed as the alternate to the same piece with a closed stud in Blicklink's inventory. It's kind of like Forest's box of chocolates, you never know what you'll get when you open the box. There's a few good accessories, a fish, a gun, a
spear, a frog and a piece of seaweed. I haven't picked a copy of the set up yet but I'm a monster fan at heart, and I want one of those swamp creatures, so I will. The local LEGO store didn't have any Monster Fighters sets left 3 days after going on sale. When I showed up
Sunday to help with the recent display at the Mall there weren't any left to get with the 30% off we had been 0ffered. When I talked to Randy, one of the managers at the LEGO store last monday, he said he didn't think they would get any until well into July. I want to buy them directly from LEGO so I can get my VIP points so I'll wait. I doubt I would want more than a couple of these sets but looking at that swamp guy and it might be nice to have a few of them. You never know what you might be able to do with them. Rock I'm not as interested in. He's kind of a sight, huh. If you had some dark brown arms you could change them out and have a nice jacket.
