A Virgin Among The Living Dead is a 1973 Jess Franco film that's got money from 4 different countries. Jess wrote and directed the movie with Paul D'Ales providing French dialog. None of the actors were familiar to me, though I have seen Howard Vernon in a couple of other movies, I only remember him as the Frog Man in Delicatessen. In this movie a young woman called Christina goes to the family house for a reading of her father's will. Turns out most of the family are dead but they linger on in the house. They have a lot of naughty fun with Christina, the women have plenty of nude scenes, and she's driven somewhat mad by it all. Because her father killed himself the Queen of the Dead has some hold over him. He returns from the grave to warn her but it does little good. She's doooomed! It was watchable enough but nothing special. I had got it from Netflix and now I know that I wouldn't need to buy the new Blu-ray. Saves me a lot of money that I can waste somewhere else.
