Even though I have many builders in my new favorites catagory there are always more starting to post to MOCpages. I was looking at the recent posts and this beautiful waterfall scene by Tania Baixinho popped up. Tania is a LEGO Ambassador for the O937 LEGO community.
Wow. I sure like the water effect and the big blockyness of it all. I like the fact that you can see the studs on so much of it. People have a tendancy to get too wrapped up with the smooth surface and forget the stud can add a layer of texture. The little building and water wheel really stand out. I like the sand green roof a lot. It's just a really nice and pleasant scene with a lot of details. You can see a few pics at MOCpages and more at Brickshelf.
I really liked the Living Tree MOC. It's a beautiful tree with really cool little details. It's microscale. You can see more at MOCpages and Brickshelf. There is also a nice microscale coastal town.
She's good. Thanks for pointing these out.
