Space Raiders is a pretty poor Roger Corman production from 1983. I hadn't seen it before and I'm no better off than before I saw it. You can see it on YouTube for free and that's a pretty high price. Vince Edwards plays the captain of a crew of space pirates. They steal a ship which the son of the big company official is hiding on. A bunch of cliched scenes later just every one of the pirates is dead. A badly wounded Vince drops the son off home and flies off into space. I didn't even care if he lived.
There isn't anyone in the cast that I had recognized except Edwards and Dick Miller who plays a crazy space ship salesman in a 3D commercial. The script is by Howard R Cohen who also directed. It could have been something more entertaining but there you go. The story borrows from everything you've ever seen. The film makers borrowed all the space ship footage and the music from Roger's 1980 production Battle Beyond The Stars. That was a better picture, still flawed but watchable, that borrowed it's story from The Seven Samurai. That's a much better movie that people should watch instead.
