I got a copy of the first disc of the first DVD set of Hex from Netflix. I couldn't even get through the first two episodes before I gave up. It's a British supernatural show that started airing October 17 2004 and ended December 18 2005. It had 6 episodes in the first series and 13 in the second. The were split into a DVD sets, the 1st with 10 episodes and the 2nd with 9, then it was cancelled. The first DVD set came out in the US and the second did not. I thought I would take a chance but it turned out that cancelling it was a good thing. Something just didn't click and I started to skip a head a minute or two when there wasn't anything I much cared for. Christina Cole is the main character, Jemima Rooper is the brunette, she dies at the end of the 2 part opening episodes, then returns as a ghost. Michael Fassbinder is a creepy ghost who wants Christina to have his baby. It all seemed so uninteresting and I didn't want to continue. Too many other fine programs to watch, I don't need to spend valuable time on this.
