The 31026 Bike Shop & Café set is one of the Target Black Friday deals. I'm not normally one to buy the larger Creator sets, unless they're on clearance, mostly I stick to buying the seasonal polybags. Of the Creator sets I have, they only account for 5% of the sets I have listed on Brickset. Sets like this are good bulking up your building stock and often the price per piece is way under the 10¢ level I like to see. I wonder if some anal-retentive type has done averages for the sets each year. I'll try to forget that, so I don't do it myself, and move on.
It's a $90 set marked down to $55 which makes the parts about 5.7 cents each after adding the tax. That's not too bad, there are 1037 parts and many of them are good additions to one's general building stock. There's nothing too exciting lurking in the parts list, though the two batches of slopes used for the roofs are handy, too bad their aren't enough of them to use for much of anything. This is a set, especially on sale or clearance, that would be good to pick up in multiples.
Pretty skimpy interiors, not a lot going on. That Café is tiny, 8 by 10 studs, and there seems to be only one chair for anyone to sit on. I bet it sounds more exciting is you read the description of the set that's from Brickset. They just copy it from the LEGO web page. It's easier for me to copy it from the Brickset website.

You only get three minifigs in the set but that's not unusual, mostly Creator sets have no minifigs. You go get the nice bike. All told a nice set for the right builder. Nice to see it on sale at such a low price. Now I wish I had gotten more than a couple.
