I've seen The Mansion Of Madness a couple of different times in the past, the first about 11 years ago. It's the first movie for director Juan López Moctezuma. He's Mexican and he's made a few more movies. I had seen his Mary Mary Bloody Mary just a few weeks ago. TMOM is a 1972 movie that's set in horse and carriage days. A Doctor arrives at an insane asylum only to find that the inmates have taken over the place. He has quite a time before and after he discovers what's going on. There's plenty of weird shit happening but the movie never quite gets crazy enough to rise about being about average. You can find out for yourself at the link in the title above. It's another movie in the Curse Of The Dead Multi Movie Set. Maybe worth the 22 cents I spent on it though I don't know that I need to watch it much anymore. Three times must be enough.
