Top Gear Series 6 has 11 episodes, that's the most episodes of any series. Usually there were between 6 and 10 each series, and a couple of series per year. Series 6 aired May through August 2005 and Jeremy Clarkson's hair is getting much thicker.
He's joined, as usual, by James May and Richard Hammond. Richard had another crash in the recent filing of the second series of The Grand Tour. He's alright, just a bit of damage to his leg. He's had the worst accident of anyone on the show and he survived that.
There's the usual car driving and such. James shows some seniors the Honda Element to see if they think it's cool enough to import. I never lived that car, and the seniors didn't either. The trio buy fancy cars that aren't Porsche's, for under £1,500, then beat them up. The guys get their mom's to review some cars because they couldn't be arsed. They get German racing car driver Sabine Schmitz to race a Ford Transit Van around the Nürburgring. Jeremy can't beat her time no matter how hard he tries. Sabine is a presenter on the current reboot of Top Gear.
There's a bit of travel as they go to Italy, Norway, Germany, Iceland, Dubai and Spain. Of course they continue to visit many places around the UK.
James Nesbitt, Jack Dee, Christopher Eccleston, Omid Djalili, Damon Hill, David Dimbleby, Justin Hawkins, Tim Rice, Chris Evans, Davina McCall and Timothy Spall are in the drivers seat of the Liana for the Star In The Reasonably Priced Car segment.
