The Collyer Brothers — Down the Rabbit Hole

I found some documentaries on the Collyer Brothers. I remember reading about them in the New Yorker back in the 80s. The brothers were NYC citizens and they were one of the first hoarder/garbage house guys to get national coverage in the news.

The Collyer Brothers - Down the Rabbit Hole is a 21 minute documentary on the brothers and their Brownstone. There was 120 tons of stuff to dispose of when they died back in 1947. There was a model T car and 14 pianos, on the first floor. There's a park in the spot where their mansion was, it was in such bad shape after being emptied, it was torn down.
