Angel Unchained 1970 Screenplay by Jeffrey Alan Fiskin, direction by Lee Madden. Another of the MGM Midnite Movies series. Don Stroud plays Angel, he's part of a motorcycle gang who are having a fight as the movie opens. Angel leaves the gang and winds up on a hippie farm. He falls for Tyne Daly. The locals are pretty mean to the hippies and Sheriff, played by Aldo Ray, isn't much good for anything. Angel calls the biker gang in for some help. They're as much trouble as the locals. It's a good reminder that hanging with hippies or motorcycle clubs isn't that much of a good thing. It's about average for this sort of thing. Not going to be one of my top ten biker films.
