That's a paper model of scenes from the Studio Ghibli film Kiki's Delivery Service. You can buy the Sankei Studio DIY kit on eBay and Amazon but it's pricey, over $250 with shipping and such. Sankei Studio has plenty of model kits of Studio Ghibli scenes, prices start much lower for simpler models. Not that this model is that big, it's about 7 by 9 inches and only about 4.5 inches high. All you've got to do is punch out the parts and glue them together. The listing says it's a 35 hour job. That's just over $7.70 an hour, less if it takes longer but a much higher dollar rate per hour if you give up fairly quickly. If you do well, this is what you'll get out of it.
