Zombie Nation 2004 Written and directed by Ulli Lommel. I hadn't heard of him before seeing this on the Internet Archive. He's directed 66 items on the IMDb, many of them are videos not feature films. I'm not familiar with his work and this film will keep me from trying out anything else.
A cop kidnaps women, strips them and chains them up in a deserted warehouse. He drugs them, murders them and disposes of the bodies. A voodoo woman brings some of the victims back to life. The dead want vengeance, soon the cop is getting some payback.
It's a poorly made film with nothing much going for it. It scores a 1.5 on the IMDb, I agree. You can see how bad it is over at the Internet Archive, link above.
