The Hidden Series 1

The Hidden Series 1 A couple of cops in Wales are investigating the murder of a young woman. There were 8 nearly hour long episodes and they were so filled with everyone's personal melodrama there was hardly room for the crime elements. Everyone has a fistful of problems and they talk about them all the time. It's a dreary looking show about some dreary people and I couldn't get interested at all. So many scenes have nothing happening in them for 10-30 seconds. People stare off into the distance, people walk somewhere in real time. Get a jump cut, man! I managed to get to the end with a lot of fast forwarding. I don't see wanting to watch the 2nd and 3rd series now that I've seen this one.
